On Moto g stylus 5g how do I get rid of mobile installer, or is it a boost thing?

Ii just got a moto g and mobile installer is very active, to active. I've tried to get rid of it, the disable option is greyed out. I've had problems with keeping my accounts for awhile, this app seems like it's always in close proximity to my problems starting. Maybe I'm wrong but any help would be great.

Welcome to Android Central! It's most likely a preinstalled app from the carrier that's intended to install various bloatware. You typically can't remove it unless you root the device.

Did you get this Moto G directly from Boost?
