We need more information to help you. When you say that everything opens in Chrome could that be because Chrome is set as your default browser? The point of setting a default is so that everything opens with that app. You can remove default status from Chrome and then your device should ask you each time which app to use. To stop Chrome from being the default app open your Settings>Applications>Chrome>on the app page there should be something that says Default, if not check under "More", "Advanced" or "Settings" for Default>Clear defaults.
How do you know these other links are from different browsers? How does it affect them opening in Chrome and what do you think would be different if they opened in TOR browser vs Chrome?
