When looking to see what the atmwifimeta app was,and its purpose.The results led to an option to download apk mirror and many asked questions about hacking and the signs that your device is comprimised.Im certain the atmwifimeta is part of the system as it can't be Uninstalled.is this a vehicle to introduce anti-hacking software?

It looks like it's an OPPO system app: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/oppo/atmwifimeta/. Since it's a system app, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't trust everything you read on the web about malware -- if you did a search for any given system app, you'd probably find lots of unfounded scaremongering posts about how it's spyware or malware, which is virtually always untrue. Sure, there may be the occasional unscrupulous manufacturer that preinstalls a shady system app, but these are typically ones that serve up unwanted ads, not ones that steal your data or your firstborn.
