Assurance and google locked me out of social media

I put the wrong password in three times and google and my network locked my phone and caused me to be locked out of Facebook and messenger also can't call or text so I called and assurance was supposed to send me another phone because they can't get the lock off of this phone they said it was to protect me they thought someone else' was trying to get into my account but it was me just forgot my password

We don't help people bypass security locks round these parts though.

Factory reset in recovery it will ask your Google credentials hopefully you remember it .

The number of failed attempts is actually ten, not three, so apparently you've tried to get into this phone more emphatically than stated. Is this indeed your phone or someone else's?

Yes, it wouldn't be very unlikely for a device owner to enter an incorrect PIN or password three times, one after another, simply due to error of some kind. I think we're allowed to do that, and more than that, before everything explodes.
