Android Central Question

My phone was flashing App Errors (UIC?) that wouldn't close so I performed a hard restart. Now my phone flashes the samsung sign when I turn it on and then goes black screen. Trying to flash OS with Odin, but getting a fail. I am starting with no background on how to do this but learning as I go through google and forums, so appreciate any insight on what is wrong. Phone is an S8, G950 in US. Downloaded firmware from Sammobile G950U1UEU8DUG4. I ran Odin as administrator, but get the below message.
