[Android Central Question]

My phone is slow and it kicks me out of apps. Also i need to debug it.

First of all, another app will usually do little to help. Most of the time, such apps just add more malware to contend with.

Second, please consider joining the forum as a member so you can respond to some of our questions and post screenshots if needed.

It will help us to know what device you have. Model and what version of Android it has currently. Even how you use it.

It'll help to determine if an app is causing the problem or not. Could be several apps.

It could be something as simple as clearing the system cache. But right now, we just don't know enough to suggest anything.

Welcome to Android Central! If you have a phone that's old, cheap, and/or underpowered (i.e., weak CPU or minimal RAM), this is not surprising.

I agree with joeldf, do not use 3rd party "phone cleaners." They are terrible apps from mostly terrible developers that work counter to how Android is designed, and often are loaded with adware (and sometimes malware).

Why do you need to debug it?

It sounds to me like you have too many free third party resource hogging/ad and possibly malware infested apps on your phone. Get rid of the free (cr)apps you don't actually use, and wipe your cache partition and you should be fine.
