When I push power and volume button recovery menu does not appears what can I do to factory resets

That alone won't do it. From a powered-off state, you have to press and hold Power and Volume Down - or it may be Volume Up, I don't recall. I've an idea it may vary from one device to another, but I'm not sure. All these combinations of buttons drive you mad. Anyway, power off first.
