Can't access the daydream on my samsung galaxy tab 2

My android version is Android Jellybean. (4.1.2) I have tried to look for how to set daydream on XDA but I did what they told me to do, can't find the daydream anywhere.

They killed daydream (both versions), if it isn't in your settings for display or whatever you probably can't use it. But your device and android version are over a decade old now.Any problem they have isn't worth trying to fix to be honest...

I agree with fuzzylumpkin about that device being far too old to spend excessive time troubleshooting. But are you referring to the Daydream screensaver, or the old Daydream VR feature?
