There are literally thousands of other XML files residing in your phone's internal storage too. Just ignore it. When you start fixating on trying to micromanage the installed Android operating system on your phone, if you delete it without actually knowing just why it's there that could mess things up. It's just a text file so odds are only a few kilobytes in size. Deleting it essentially gains you nothing,
If you can't get past just leaving it as is, start educating yourself on Android development and coding, and how to make an app so you're not so apprehensive about all the files and directories you might encounter when perusing through the file structure for whatever reasons.

I think you cleared that up for the OP already.

I don't know if you glanced down the code / script as I did (I have a bored life) and saw the word argument continually.

I hope we didn't confuse the OP. I'm sure my first post did not, though I should have included italicised or bold script and an emoji. Chrome only allows me a simple smiley.

The video title should have helped, language differences permitting.
