Yesterday I lost my Samsung j7max..old but had my personal files in it. Screen pass lock is 9 digit numeric pin...every important file is in secure folder app(6 digit)..it had important whatsapp chats also...all apps were pin locked by S Secure (6 digit pass code) already...trying to find with Samsung find my device and Google android device manager (I registered it on both of them)..but nothing seems to work...

I am fearing about, what is the chance of unlocking(9 digit pin) mobile and stealing my data by that theif and opening locked apps.

PS.. it was on max Power saving mode setting when I lost

Welcome to Android Central! With the kind of security you already put in place (wisely), you're very safe. It's still worth using Google's Find My Device to send a remote wipe command, so if the thief was somehow actually able to break through your security and log into your phone with your account, it would immediately receive the wipe command.

Another thing you could do would be to change your Google and Samsung account passwords right now.
