Trying to get visual voicemail on unlocked phone

[Android Central Question]

The phone is an unlocked Verizon phone and it has a couple Verizon apps like visual voicemail but since I am using puretalk with the at&t network, I don't have a Verizon account.

I can't figure out if there is a way to enable visual voicemail on this thing.

Sorry, I didn't specify that I have a Galaxy s20FE.

I'm not totally sure if the Sim is unlocked or if it's Samsung firmware unlocked. Is there a way to look into that? I want to say it's sim unlocked, but I'll have to double check that.

Go to setting>about phone >what's your model number?

Yeah thats carrier version which comes with its own voice mail
