How to undo my root and go back to how I bought my phone?

I have CyanogenMod 10.2.0 installed on my i9300 but have had some problems recently. My phone "freezes" when I'm using it and I have to take the battery out to restart. Also, sometimes it wont wake when the screen turns off so I would like to take the root off and go back to stock to see if this fixes it? Would it be worth trying to update to the new CM11 firmware to see if it fixes it? I have had CM10.2.0 installed for a good while so I'm not sure why recently it is playing up. I went into CWM and done a factory reset and wiped the partition and also dalvik but still get random freezing so not sure what to guys, any thoughts?

I would try reflashing either Cyanogen, or some other ROM.

Is it safe to just use the Cyanogen Mod updater that is in my settings on my phone? I have used it before but I'm sure I read ages ago it can brick your phone when upgrading from 10.2 to 11 in CM. I am probably wrong? lol

I just flashed a new Stock Rom and gapps onto my phone and done a factory reset, wipe partition and dalvik cache and still freezing? Anyone with any ideas?
