share S5 screen with my tv?

I watch movies on my Galazxy S 5, and wonder if I can use my tv as a bigger screen? Don't have any tv provider, no internet provider other than my cell's data plan, just a couple of Samsung and Sony tv units.

You can connect the device to a tv screen via cable and view the phone on the tv in that manner. However, it will not resize proportionate to the TV screen as would be done otherwise you if you are using Chromecast or similar streaming device.
