To upgrade or not to upgrade? Kit Kat on my Note 2 (Sprint)

I'm reading so many things about KK on the Note 2 and unsure if I should even do it...
Pros? Cons? Solutions?

If you're fine without it I wouldn't. It seems like it's a real hit or miss on the stability of KK for people.

If there isn't a feature you're needing... I'd just hold off.
