Galaxy s5 problems

[AC Question]

I keep getting a pop up box that says no client. What does this mean? It will aslo freeze up occassionally. I've only had the phone 2 and half weeks.

You could try a factory reset but as for the error does it show any app name with it? Or any indication as to what might be calling that error?
