how to start google services ?

few days back by mistake i stop some services which i don't remember now... but now my wifi is connecting but wifi bar is not turning blue...2nd.. my google contact sync is not 3rd my gmail is not working and my play store is also not working...what can i do.. plz help i dont want to format my phone..

Try going back to the application manager from settings.. You can then go to "all" and find the service... Then re-enable it.

i just hard reset my phone.. but the problem is still there..and now not also able log in my gmail account.. it's android vr.4.0.4 ics
