HELP!!!

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy s3 mini and it was working fine then out of the blue a black screen with all the phones stats appeared on my home screen and it said I have no connection. I was advised to reset my phone to the factory settings and restart but that hasn't made any difference. I was then advised to download a new launcher through the play store but it is saying my phones memory is full even though it is wiped clear. Any suggestions on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
