Hands free mode launch automatically

Hi. In my Galaxy Note 3, Several times a day the "hand free mode" is automatically launch or activated and I have to turn off. And I have not downloaded updates. Any others solutions?

Is it launching on its own when you are in a vehicle or moving at a face pace, such as riding a bike or similar? I'd suggest going into system settings > accessibility and make sure it's disabled.
