Quickremote issues for LG G Flex

[AC Question]

I have managed to turn the volume down real low on my cable box with the quickremote app for the LG G Flex and I am not able to turn it back up. I have tried switching back and forth between the tv icon and cable box icon as well. I can't get either to work.... How did I turn it down and how do I turn it back up? HELP!!!!
