[AC Question]

I have samsung tab 3 , i can suffle the internet but when I open play store It say : Add a google account , I say an existent account , I put my E-mail and my password , but it say "Could not connect" , I am not on airplane mode , i am conected to my WI-FI but don't work?
WHAT CAN I DO?

Do you have a Google email account, or a different email account?
(English is my language and I understood you with no difficulty.)
