Samsung Note 3 Camera stuck on Landscape more

Why is my Samsung Note 3 camera stuck on landscape? A few weeks ago I noticed that my Samsung's camera was stuck in the Landscape mode. In addition, it is off center, so I cannot really access the settings correctly. At the same time, I am unable to video record. Meanwhile, I have other cameras installed, such as Cymera and it works fine. Any suggestions, please? Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.
I would suggest clearing the cache for the camera. Go to Settings>Application Manager>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to the camera.
Click on it, then click clear cache. This part is optional, but you can also reboot after doing this.

Tried camera app cache wipe, went into recovery to wipe all cache data, factory data reset and none of those seems to work.

Have you tried Safe Mode? Conceivably, some third-party app may be causing the problem.

same damn problem here. Started randomly today.

I cleared the cache then restarted my phone. It worked! No more sideways camera
