Can transfer files to Tablet Azpen 727

A

AC Question

I have the Azpen a727 Android tablet. I want to transfer some .pdf files on to it.

I plugged the USB into Windows 7 but don't see any device to transfer files to. I also put .pdf files onto the micro card and inserted the card into the tablet but they don't show up in File Manager on the device.

How can I transfer files to this device? thanks

I plugged the USB into Windows 7 and it now shows 2 drives.
One is greyed out. I click on the other and it says :
"Please insert a removable disk (I:)".
Says the same thing when I try to copy a file to it.

Do I need a driver or something?

I wish I could help you, but I don't quite understand how that tablet is interfacing with Windows. Keep bugging Azpen's tech support. Keep in mind that this is potentially one of the major drawbacks of these more obscure device manufacturers--poor support.

thanks, . . I figured it out.
The printed instructions they gave with the device were terrible.
I found a FAQ's page in the device itself and that helped.
Also, I didnt' push the card into the device far enough.

The FAQ is somewhat confusing. Plug in the USB cable with the PC and tablet turned on. A usb icon will appear in the very top of your screen. Then pull down the very top bar where the USB icon is. Then select USB connected. Then select connect USB storage.
