cloud print has stopped working

AC Question

My Samsung Nexus 10 has worked with my Canon MG5450 for 6 months. Also using the same printer are a laptop and a desk PC.
The print Job gives the details of the document and the printer but underneath says printer unknown.
The laptop and PC continue to work fine.
In settings the cloud print is shown as 'on'
If I click on the cloud print icon I get 'application not installed'

Yesterday I installed a system update and the printer worked for just one job and then it failed again
Has anyone any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Have you performed a factory reset? I would imagine there was a previous update within the past 6-months that you received (minus the recent one). Be sure to backup your data and sync your Account(s) then factory reset. Get setup and see if that helps.
