android tab internal storage

android xtreme tab gen 2 will not clear internal storage after factory reset.There is no apps or pices to stop it . I have tried everything and it wont work.

That's very odd... What are you trying to clear? Media? Apps? All data so you can pass the tablet on to another user?

Was the tablet modified in any way? I understand you need to mod to get Google Play. Try undoing any mods then reset.
