I have a Motorola Droid Mini through Verizon running Android 4.4. I don't seem to be receiving messages from iPhone users, at least not all the time. Occasionally, I'll get one but the problem appears to persist (not a temporary issue due to service, etc). I seem to have the problem particularly on group messages sent by an iPhone user.
I've read a little about the ongoing issue with people who had previously owned Apple device and then switched to Android, but kept their old phone number that was an iPhone. This is NOT the case with me. I've only used Android phones with this number, I've never owned and iPhone.
Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas for resolution?
