help please!

[AC Question]

i dropped my galaxy s3 from metro pcs at work and my screen went completely black and I know its on buttons light up and I get notifications but I just cant see anything. is there any way at all I can connect my phone to the computer and clearing the phone or getting all my personal items off. I tried to sync pictures but it says no new pictures. I dont want to send the device with all my stuff still on it.

What happens when you connect it to a PC? Does anything pop up?
