    Hi bought my new phone 3 weeks ago the boom sound stays on even when I have no earphones plugged in .I cannot play music through speakers. It's fine with earphones in. !!!

    So I'm unclear on this--are you saying the sound doesn't play over the speakers, only the headphones? I'm not sure how the Boomsound figures into that. In any case, check the headphone jack to make sure there isn't any debris in there. Also, does this persist after a reboot? Consider bringing the phone back to the store, or contacting HTC directly.
