Galaxy Tab 3.0 7" .vs. Galaxy Note 8.0

I have an opportunity to get either model for a very good price. Anyone have any recommendations or comments on either. I believe both will get the 4.4.2 update shortly. They are both AT&T.

For other's future reference: In this instance I would probably go with the Note. That line is supposed to be the higher tiered device, but I would also look at both devices and make sure that what I am paying and what I get are acceptable.
