My wife and I have multiple movies purchased on Google Play and downloaded to our respective devices in order to entertain the toddler.

Is there a way to install a headrest or ceiling mount monitor in the backseat and push the movies from the phone to the monitor? Originally I thought get one with an HDMI input and use a ChromeCast, but that would entail streaming movies more than our data plans would allow.

Another thought was screen mirroring, but not clear on the requirements to make the backseat monitor work in that instance.

Final thought, perhaps an android stick? Never seen one in person, so not sure if that would be useful in avoiding having to stream movies every time in the car.

If the monitors are bluetooth, I think you can.
