Problems with the Wifi on my Galaxy S4

A

AC Question

I've had this phone for over a week and I've been having several problems with the Wifi. Whenever I try to connect to a network it says "not in range", "obtaining IP address" or "network disabled because connection is slow", even though my other devices have an excellent connection. I don't think it is a problem with my router or anything like that because any other device works just fine, and the problem is not only at my house but everywhere. I've tried dialing *#0011# and turining off the wifi power saving mode, also turning off the auto network switch in advanced settings, but none of these seem to work. Could somebody help me with this problem, please? I'm desperate! Thanks.

When you go to WiFi, there should be an option to turn on/off connection to weak signals. If it's on it won't allow you to connect to a poor network.
