Menu button and S-Pen problem

[AC Question]

Hello I have a Note 3 and
Just a few days ago my pen stopped working even though I just changed the tip
And then this morning it's not detecting if I remove the S-Pen or not

The issue with the menu button is that I couldn't press it but it presses on it's own making the S-Finder appear
The issue is also just this morning
Anything you guys can do about it?

I know this is an older thread, but it might have been fixed in an update. This is the first I have heard anything about this.
