I own a UbiSlate tablet and want to open access for internet for all application. I was informed that I needed to visit this web site (Go Red Pocket | Unlimited cell phone plans | Prepaid wireless phones) and follow the upgrade instruction. Also that I would receive the upgrade code.

Can you clarify what you're asking for? I don't understand what you mean by opening access for internet for all application. Assuming you can connect your device to a valid wi-fi hotspot, every app should be able to access the web.
