    Hello together,

I have a problem with my current setup:

Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition
    Miracast Receiver: Asus Miracast Dongle
    TV: Samsung UE26C4000PW

The connection works perfectly, my only problem is the resolution. The screen is much bigger then what the TV can display. So I see only a small part of the picture on the TV.

The tablet has a resolution of 2560x1600
The Dongle supports up to 1920x1080
The TV can only display 1280x720

I expected that the picture would be reduced in quality and then scaled to the resolution of the TV. I was wrong I guess.
What is interesting is that when I change the input source to the HDMI port that I plugged the Dongle in, it shows me, that the signal is 1920x1080 although the TV does not support that. Is there a chance to correct the problem?

Welcome to the forums. Perhaps changing the aspect ratio?
