ematic 7" tablet with android

[AC Question]

I have an ematic that will not turn on I have in charging and the red light shows up and it will still not power up. I have tried resetting the tablet many different ways and calling the company can anybody help me please

Welcome to Android Central! As you might imagine the red light is usually not a good sign. Either the battery is dead, or there was some major hardware failure. Either way, you're probably out of luck. If you're handy, you could try searching for a replacement battery online, then search YouTube for a video on how to open up your particular device and replace the battery yourself. But it's harder to find this kind of stuff for less common brands like Ematic.
