Galaxy Note II Battery Percentage

On my Note II the battery will die and I'll charge it, about 1 minute after it plugs in it says it has a high percentage such as 67%. I tried a battery calibration app and it didn't work. Please help.

Are u using the original charger ? What I did was I would keep the device off charged it until it said 100% then turned it on while still on the charger. Then unplug it should still say full battery, & run it until it dies completely with no charge. It's kind of a calibration, like I said I've done that & I've been getting 14+ hours of battery life with moderate use

Welcome to Android Central! Also check to see if the battery is failing. Remove the battery, place it flat on a table, and try to spin it. If it spins, it's bulging in the middle, which isn't good--try a new battery.
