Samsung Galaxy S4 mini, Driving Mode and S-Voice

[AC Question]

I've recently bought a new S4 mini and couple of days ago while I was changing some settings, I'm not sure if it started from there or by some updates, but whenever I come home from work, and my phone connects to my home network, the Driving Mode enables by itself and also the S-Voice. Anytime I come home, I have to switch them off, and it has become irritating. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
