samsung s5 messages are getting failed

please help me how to activate message sending.i can't send messages from my s5

Welcome to Android Central! Which messaging app are you using, the stock one that came with the phone? Can you describe the problem a little more? Are you getting error messages? Does the phone say it's sent but the recipient never gets anything? Are you specifically having problems sending or receiving photos?

I am from the UK and a similar thing is happening to me. As soon as I send a sms message through the orginal messaging settings it comes up as 'Failed'
