Hey,
I have a problem with my acer i have developer option enebeled and could not get to debug option it is not able to set this on or of. Sorry for my bad inglish

Developer Options aren't the same for all devices. Do you mean USB Debugging? Is it that you don't see it, or you're unable to turn it on? If you see it but can't turn it on, scroll up to the very top of the Developer Options and make sure the switch is turned on. You can actually turn off Developer Options, which greys all of them out.
