Welcome to Android Central! Did this just start? Did it seem to coincide with installing any app? If so, try uninstalling that app.

You could also try unmounting your SD card (in Settings>Storage), then removing it. A corrupt card can cause problems.

If that doesn't work, try booting into Recovery Mode, and clear the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-676
