My lockscreen wont change😒😒😒

I have an Galaxy note 2. And i mistakenly set my lock screen to a picture i didn't want. And now when i try to change it, it stays the same and now i don't know what to do

Hello. I tried it now and it did not change the first time.
You may need to attempt to resize it with the cursors and then press Set Wallpaper. If the downloading style pop up appears it should change.
