[AC Question]

hello , my proximity sensor not work , mean whem i call someone the screen come off. only after the call screen returns to home screen. there is any opportunity to don;t use the proximity sensor ? tnk

Device - Call - Call settings - Turn off Screen during Call.

You have to use some canned air to clear near the sensor (spray all around the top of the phone). Dust causes my Note 3 screen to not turn the screen back on when I remove the phone for my face. Using canned air around the top gets it out and fixes it.
