I have attempted several times to enter recovery mode on a Samsung Galaxy Centura phone. I have powered it down, removed the battery, reinserted the battery and then held the power button and volume button until the phone vibrates and the Samsung logo appears, let go of the power button and the phone continues to power on as usual. It never enters the recovery mode.
We are having trouble with the phone turning itself off constantly and we're trying to clear the cache as other forums recommend.
Any suggestions?
