Capacitive Back and Menu Buttons Issue

[AC Question]

I have a problem on my capacitive buttons back and menu they work most of the time as long as i keep touching the screen or the buttons but after I don't touch the screen for a few seconds say 10 seconds, the capacitive buttons stops responding to touch and i have to like tap it a few times for it to respond again. this happens all the time even on CWM so im sure it's not on the rom since i've changed rom from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 even using custom rom still same issue. I'm not sure if its a software bug but the "off state" for the sensitivity of the capacitive buttons seems to be not syncd with the screen.

What device do you have? You are running a custom ROM? Which one?
