Facebook Messenger Notifications on the Gear Fit

I just got the Samsung S5 and the Gear Fit last week. After I set it up initially, I was receiving notifications for texts, calls, FB Messenger, Instagram, and Snap Chat on my Gear fit. Now a few days later, I am not receiving the FB Messenger alerts on the Gear Fit. They still come through on my phone. Also I still getting my alerts for the other applications that I set up in the beginning. I'm not sure why just the one app isn't working on my Fit. Any suggestions?
