I have a Moto X on Verizon and an IPad Mini 1st Gen Wifi only. On my Moto x I have downloaded foxfi but unfortunately I'm on 4.4.2 so I can't do wifi tether with it like I used to could. USB tethering works perfect on my windows 8 laptop but I can't get bluetooth to work on my iPad mini or nexus 7 (2013) even the laptop. This is the error message I get on the iPad mini when I follow the included instructions using Ibluever I have ios 7.1.1 JailBroken with pangu jailbreak tool if it matters. 
What's the problem here and what can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance for all help and suggestions.
