Is there any way to remotely enable GPS on the Galaxy S5?

My brother bought a Galaxy S5 from AT&T recently, and has so far been quite satisfied with his phone. However, today he set his phone on top of his car after work, got in his car, and drove off. Leaving his phone there. I've tried Android Device Manager to see if I could access his phone and locate it/make it ring, perhaps to find it on the road; however, it turns out his GPS is off.

So, I'm just wondering if there is any way to remotely enable GPS, or is he's just completely out of luck. Maybe we can contact AT&T and see if they can help with the problem?
