WiFi connection problem

Dear All,
My Samsung galaxy s3 Neo restarts when I am reached my office "Un fortunately Resource Manger has stopped, then log coming it repeats finally hanging. it is the second hand set with the same problem .
expecting a solution.

Could it be that at your office, the mobile data signal, or wifi if you are using that, is bad?
