    When someone calls me the call is received and the screen shows it as ringing, but there is no sound. I can answer the call no problem. The person hangs up and calls me again, and the second time it rings properly. I've been missing many calls lately due to this problem. I don't know if other communication apps are messing with the ringing sound. Skype, Facebook, Viber, and Tango are installed, but I would shut them all down, and the problem persists.

    I was worried about hitting master reset by mistake, but you still would have to select just 1 of 9 or 10 choices on the next screen as a fail safe.
