Galaxy S 3 Running out of Memory

HI,

My Galaxy S3 is running out of memory and I don't want to have to delete music or photos from it. Is there a quick way to remove unnecessary data from the phone so that I can download apps? I've deleted all apps that I no longer use, but that hardly does anything to free up space.

Hard to tell from your post, but are your music and photos stored on the phone or on an SD card?
