I have two nook tablets my family received as gifts in the fall of 2013. However we use Amazon to purchase all our ebooks. I am running Cyanogen Mod 7 on a micro sd card so I could download the kindle app and use the nook as an android tablet without being tied to Barnes and Noble. My daughter never downloaded the kindle app, and now it says the tablet is not compatible with the current version of the app. I tried cm10 in the nook, but it was running way too slow. So I cloned my sd card and put it in her nook. She now has the kindle app which I downloaded to my tablet last fall.
Here's the problem: both nooks are identified by Amazon by the same id. If I unregistered one, the other is unregistered also. How can I change the ID information in the android system so that Amazon recognized each tablet separately?
